Can hit somewhat reliably on backhand (one hand) and forehand. Can keep a rally going. I don't hit hard or drive shots, my shots are more about reliability, keeping the ball in play and varying placement to wherever you're not. I don't rush the net often since not as quick as I used to be. Nothing special on serves, get it in is the goal and don't provide too much of a lolli-pop soft serve. One motto I like to think about when playing matches, is "don't be the first one to make the last mistake".
Can play weekdays (late afternoons or early evenings) and anytime on the weekend.
